Ain’t image theft grand?

My images are not to be used for any commercial or non-commercial use without both prior purchase of a use license and written approval by me for the use of my copyrighted material.

In the event that permission is granted to use my image(s) a linking logo as well as artist attribution must be included at every location that the image(s) is/are used unless both the use license and written approval by me state that linking and/or attribution are not required.

My images may not be altered, recolored, resized, etc., unless both the use license and written approval by me contain an itemized list of acceptable changes.

My images are copyrighted. You may not use them, print them, transfer them, store them, modify them, sell them, or trade them without having both a use license and my explicit written permission.

If you want to use one of my images contact me as a first step - if you are a non-profit doing good works or a kid who needs a graphic for a school project chances are that I will let you use it for free. If your intent is commercial use I'd be happy to try to work out something that is mutually beneficial. And if you are somewhere in-between lets start a dialog.
