Plant nut.....environmental wacko. As a youth it seemed logical that I should become an accountant. In college I got a vision of being an unhappy, pasty faced, BMW driving brick in the wall.

When I was 25 I finally found my passion and have been pursuing it ever since. Gardening in Florida is not for the weak of spirit, but when any single month has more nice days than an entire year in some northern climates you take the hot summer days and endure the overly long summer till our glorious tropical winter embraces us again. The seasons change here too, it's just much more subtle.

I'm looking for a few good customers here in Indian River county. People who don't want just a yard but a garden they can walk into. I want to develop what is known as a stroll garden in potential customers yards. Welcoming paths with pavers and bricks, native plants that attract wildlife and trees for shade. Pollinating insects and migrating birds.

I can walk in my yard and I have 9 different sitting areas. Chairs and tables from throwouts I find. I have a table where I can read in my pine woods and still see anyone coming up the driveway. Another sitting area has a more reflective spiritual atmosphere and the 3rd table is tucked away from the wind and can be used for games.

Greenhammer is a name I use because I strongly feel that America is not only about profits but about beauty and enjoying the variety we have been blessed with. At this time I feel we need to start educating people that humans may need this planet for millions of years and ecosystems need to be preserved and restored.
