I've set my Flickr photo licence to 'All Rights Reserved', but to be honest I'm fairly easy-going about letting people use my pics on their websites - provided I get proper credit for it, and you aren't making any money out of it yourself (that includes no advertising on the page where my picture appears). (If you've got advertising alongside one of my pictures, that counts as commercial use).

But please let me know first if you plan to use it.
