The Keith House at Graeme Park is a National Historic Landmark and the only surviving residence of one of Pennsylvania's colonial-era governors. Sir William Keith was the 14th governor of Pennsylvania and served from 1717-1726. He had his summer home, which he called "Fountain Low," built in Horsham c. 1722. The estate was renamed Graeme Park by his son-in-law, Dr. Thomas Graeme and it still stands today where it is owned and operated by the state of Pennsylvania. The house retains much of its early fabric, including some of the finest Georgian-style panelling in the Delaware Valley, paint surfaces, bulls eye glass and flooring. The house is open for guided tours Fridays - Saturdays, 10-4 and Sundays 12-4. The last tour begins at 3 p.m. The cost is $6/adults; $5/seniors (65+); $3/youth (3-11).
