I'm married to Richard, the craziest guy ever. He makes me laugh constantly. That is, when he's not getting on my last nerve.

My pride and joy is our little boy "Kramer". He's a miniature schnauzer who has no idea he's a dog. Spoiled rotten, but very very smart. Our friends say he is a perfect gentleman. UPDATE: Little Kramer has now passed over the Rainbow Bridge. We miss him so much. We now have a female Yorkie. Her name is Brandi. She has stolen our hearts as well.

I design handbags, cosmetic bags, sunglass cases, small pillows, you name it. I hand paint canvas tote bags, aprons and cosmetic bags and note cards as well. As you can see I've posted a few of my items here. Then the Tooth Fairy Pillows became my most popular item. I can't seem to keep them in stock.

I started out just making Gracie Mae Handbags. When I stumbled upon all my other little creations, I decided to change the name to Gracie Mae Designs. I've tried to keep my Flickr Handbag Site separate. I hope this is not too inconvenient for you.

ANOTHER UPDATE. Well I've added another popular item to my list. I now make Art Dolls. This is my passion now. I make Fairy Dolls, Mermaids and my latest is my own modern version of Raggedy Ann and Andy. Check them out and if you find you just can't live without one of these wonderful dolls, email me and we can discuss the details. Just remember these Art Dolls are not really suitable for small children. Most of their clothes are made onto the doll. Their clothes are not designed to come off as the dolls themselves are very delicate. But they are adorable sitting on a shelf or on the bed.

Just a note on the hand painted characters. I can paint any character on a canvas tote bag, apron, or cosmetic bag. Most of the characters I can change the hair or eye color, skin color, or change the color of the outfit. Just email or call me to discuss your preference.
