A note about intellectual property changes:

Recently, it has come to my attention that some of my photos are being viewed in ways and through means I did not intend. In an effort to have some footing in regards to the issue I have changed all the intellectual property copywrites to reflect full ownership. Having said that, if you are the subject of one of my photos, IE one of the bands I took pictures of you have full permission to utilize my photos for any reason you feel neccessary. If yr gonna utilize them for promotional copy or distribute them in a release or put it on a t-shirt (do people still do that?) then just give me credit and hook me up with some free merch. If you are a label and putting out a release for one of these bands and want to do the same, the same applies, just let me know and send copy my way.

If you are interested in getting prints, using this stuff on your website, priting it in your zine or whatever, contact me and we'll talk. So long as it's not grossly inappropriate, racist, sexist, homophobic, espousing mainstream binary politics, in support of capitalism or some stupid nonsense like that, most likely it'll be cool.

If you are a club owner and you use one of my shots for promotion of any kind without checking with me first, I will come after you legally. Don't you already capitalize off of music enough by using music to sell alcohol?
