Her photographs are always thoughtful, emotive, sensual. Her words often make me want to spend some time curled up in her thoughts. Once she called me an impertinent chit. And I was so deliriously happy that I was Meera's impertinent chit. Even for just a day.

The words she writes instantly transport you to another realm, and, from an intricate Utata piece to a small comment on a photo, each time I read her wisdom and kindness I smile from ear to ear. I'm truly glad to have met Meera here on Flickr - she is a great inspiration to me.

Meera's photographs are mysterious, wonderful, and make me look and look and look again. The text she creates to accompany them adds to their glimmer and pulse. I come back to see them often. You are truly a woman of many talents, and we are lucky to have you creating new constellations to steer our boats by.

I like Meera because she is intimidatingly sweet, and erudite whenever she comments. Then if you catch her getting angry it's really impressive, I hope I never make her angry. I like her work because it reminds me of the things I valued about urban life. Not just the way she makes great museums seem personal in her Muse set, but the way she finds splendor in the scruff of the sidewalk. Her photographs tell cool stories, and her words paint a picture of someone you want to know.
