This is me, I am a middle aged woman that in later life had to go gluten free. I am also a social media lover so I love using social media to share what I am doing.

I created gluten free idea as a way to outlet going through my diet change, it has been a hard and wonderful journey. Now I embrace it and enjoy finding and making recipes and helping others realise it can be a joy in life.
