I have made photos for a long time, but only since 2010, I have become a more conscious photographer. Mainly because I followed a few courses in digital photography with an SLR camera, making me aware of the technical operation of the camera and how to use this technical knowledge to make creative photos with eye for composition, lighting and variation.

Currently, I am very much involved in the group 52 weeks of 20xx, stimulating me to grab the camera on a weekly basis and shoot pictures for a wide variety of topics.

I edit and manage my pictures through Adobe Lightroom Classic. I also am an enthusiastic user of the Efex Pro filters. Occasionally, I use Photoshop CC for more elaborate editing, to post-process pictures for the Sliders Sunday group.
