Something I'd like to find on Flickr

A group that:

...engages in well constructed criticism and feedback that asks it's users to communicate their thoughts using words, rather than scores and grades.

...does not request that it's users post a silly flashy graphic in their comments.

...accommodates both those who have accomplishments strewn over decades and rank beginners.

Is there such a thing?

I do not use any Creative Commons licenses. Why is that? You have your Fair Use rights as it is. Be familiar with them. Use them. Defend them. If you don't, you effectively give them up. And if want need to go beyond that, just ask. I usually play nice.
