My name is Nancy Louise, hence the name nancy lou. I'm a sewer in a workroom that provides custom made draperies and home goods. But I would rather be quilting ....... I am married with three children and have a tuxedo cat who loves my quilts!

I spend many hours looking at, touching, sewing and loving fabric! I like to experiment with lots of different quilting styles. I recently heard the term "quilt player" which describes me perfectly! This year I counted roughly 40 unfinished projects and vowed to work on these! How can you only have one quilt on the go at a time?I find inspiration in nature, people, simple things, and of course quilt shops and on flickr.
