Experienced traveller in Central america especially Panama where i have a small chalet type house on the slopes of Volcon Baru..i truly love Panama ..i love the people , who are the nicest you could meet..i have been thier for many months and find little aggresion only courtesy.not like the uk..the future is bright and i do hope the pueblos of Panama share in it.
