Im 49 years old and started taking photography more seriously in March 2006. This led me to buy my first serious camera, a Panasonic FZ50, along with a Raynox 250 macro adapter lense.

In February 2008 I upgraded to my 1st DSLR the Nikon D300 with a Nikkor 18-200mm VR lense. The costs started to increase with lenses, flash, lighting, etc. More important of all the joy taking the pictures has increased also.

Since Feb 2008 I have continued to learn and extended my photo equipment to include:

- Nikon 105mm 2.8G VR

- Nikon 50mm 1.4G

- Sigma 120-400mm

- Sigma 10-20mm

- Cokin Z-Pro ND filters set

- Nikon SB600, SB900

- Manfrotto Light Stands, Softboxes
