My name is Giulia Maria, I'm a 22 year old medicine student living in the folkloric, charming and delightful Italy.

I do not presume to call myself a photographer. I just enjoy watching the world through a (real or imaginary) lens, appreciating its colors, shapes and patterns, whether it is a person, a landscape, an object or whatever crosses my path. When I have a camera in my hands (or even my phone, since sometimes I find myself in too pretty scenes not to be photographed), I try to take photos that tell the story of that moment, and to capture what I think are the most precious features in a subject.

I hope I'll be getting better and better with time, both technically and mentally, at this beautiful visual art.

Above all, I take photos because I fondly enjoy it. So, many of my subjects are my family, friends and the people and situations surrounding me.
