Well, What can I say here? I am very new to this site, having been introduced by Taff and Laura.

I have just completed one of the most interesting years of my life - it just keeps getting better! I started off with a six month tour of Iraq with the TA (attached to the 9/12th Royal Lancers). This was a very interesting experience to say the least. That finished in May and a couple of weeks later, I flew to Australia for a month to see the relatives - something I've not done in 13 years!!!! That was a pretty amazing trip.

Now to top this all off, I have just been on a random road trip last weekend to see England through to the Quarter Finals of the world cup in Germany!

What next I wonder?
