Hey everyone! Thank you for stopping by my page!

My name is Chris Gilmore and I'm a student majoring in Telecommunications at the College of Journalism at the University of Florida in Gainesville Florida. GO GATORS. I've always had an eye for the visual arts for as long as I can remember. When I don't have a pen/pencil/colored pencils in hand you're most likely to find me with a camera. I recently got a Nikon D3100 DSLR and I love it! It is a huge upgrade from the sometime-ish point and shoots that I owned before.

In school I specialize in broadcast news but along the way I've picked up some photojournalism classes which are the most interesting courses I've so far. The classes have also influenced my subject matter, I like to take pictures that help tell a story, whether it be from the point of view of your average man on the street or a four legged friend. For now, I'll keep my eyes open and my finger on the shutter to keep bringing you all these moments in time.
