I'm a keen photographer and live on the North Wales Coast with my son. I travel to take photographs as much as I'm able to. My favourite photographic countries are Italy, Morocco and Turkey and I love exploring

Liverpool with my camera too. I was introduced to digital photography in 1998 when I was a mature student studying for a second degree in Multimedia Computing. My first camera, a Fuji Finepix, had 1.3mpg! After graduation, I taught simple digital photography to adults in Cheshire and Shropshire. In my first season in Wrexham and District Photography Society I won the Novice trophies for Mono print, colour print and digital projected image, subsequently joining the advanced section of the Club. I now belong to Conwy Photography Society. I use Photoshop extensively and enjoy adding effects to my images. During the covid travel restrictions, I found solace watching the sunsets over Pensarn Beach and often go down to watch the evening flight of the gulls to their overnight roost.
