Auteur Photographe, la mer, entre ciel et terre, est un univers de paysages qui le captive. En 2005, il commence un travail sur les grandes marées, de Wissant à Cancale, puis en 2009, fait un reportage au Loch Ness à latitude nord de l'Écosse, aux nuits d'été de trois heures, que lui inspire une photographie aux marines. Il suggère la photographie aux grands espaces, avec l'édition de son livre « les grandes

marées », tirages photographiques, multimédia, et propose des projets artistiques et culturels pour événement, édition, reportage, exposition photographique , conjointement avec sa diffusion par Isabelle Rieser.

Self taught, Gilles Régnier got a photography virus during his trips in Mediterranean sea. Photographer, The sea, between sky and earth, is a world of

landscapes which captivates him. In 2005, he starts a work in spring-tides, from the North sea of France all away to northern Brittany. Then in 2009, he photographs a story at Loch Ness at latitude north of Scotland, to the three hours spring nights, that inspires him marine photographs.
