At old teen age times, i took blurry England or Greece snapshots with godmother's camera, a compact point-and-shoot mecanic , Konika Jump. Superb toy with rubber shutter button. I lost it.
I began learning BW photographic processing by the age of 17.
Then i practice with the Minolta X300 of my father :
As a student I owned a pentax Z20 : Autofocus came as a serious stuff for bigger projects. 5 years long I haunted the university club darkroom, equipped with a giant DURST color enlarger, dealing with ILFORD coated fibre papers.
The next, a canon Eos10, opened up for me the optics playground. I picked on several crappy zooms and a 2nd hand wide angle in amsterdam.
After some nomadic period using compact digital cameras in macro mode, I turned back re-discovering old canon primes EF100mmf/2 and EF24mmf/2.4, mounted on a nasty 350d, all i can afford.
I actually shoot with a sony nex.
