New to photography.

Having been taken by the mass of advantages of the digital age.

With my little Nikon L5 compact point and shoot my entry to a competition in 2008 was selected as the best. I have come to realise I am quite good a composition so decided to treat myself to a D60. I have the bug and want to play and learn which is so easy with a DSLR in point and shoot mode taking as many shots as you like. It is a dream. Gradually I want to learn how to use all the modes thus match the likes of the many excellent shots on this fantastic site. I would like to thank those that make it possible for me to share my experience with others here.
