I'm a marine biologist- or as my family calls me- a fish nerd. I like taking pictures, although my husband thinks they steal your soul! I am a raging amateur, and mostly take shots of places I am visiting or of my animals.

I simply searched on the name of my hometown a couple months ago and it pulled up a couple of Lori's photos. Later that night as I explored her photostream, I couldn't stop.... couldn't stop looking, couldn't stop examining details, couldn't stop reading... and I haven't been able to stop checking her photostream since! She's a great inspiration to me and I've picked up my own camera with a whole new set of eyes. Her work is so infectious, just as she is.
