I am an amateur photographer. My interest in photography started when I purchased my first SLR back in the early 90's - a 100% manual Zennit with 50mm lens. I took a couple of photos and, much to my surprise, they turned out ok. The accessibility of quality digital equipment has expanded my interest and also the number of images that I make! I like to experiment and I have an insatiable appetite for learning new techniques - Google is a wonderful tool. I am married with four young children and I am a self employed electronics engineer.

I am passionate about creating moving, beautiful images - seeing beauty in not only the beautiful, but also in the ordinary and even ugly.
