Originally from Switzerland, I have settled 20 years ago in Country Victoria, Australia and have re-discovered my dormant love for photography. I love photographing birds, nature, street and sports, anything really that has some meaning to me, a story to tell, that tickles my mind or pleases my eye. What you see on my stream is part of my journey. I am drawn towards natural looking photos but don't mind to look at some 'software enhanced' masterpieces. Some of it is mind boggling :), - it becomes an art within an art. My photography is spontaneous and handheld (so far :)) and I don't use 'photoshop', but I still do the Raw conversions in aperture...might eventually have to switch over to something else... :( so what you see is what it is or was at that moment in time.

Love to be out and about, preferably enjoying my other hobby - fossicking. My late dad would be happy to know that some of his photographs he took with his Leica during his life and travels are also shown on flickr (see his album in this stream) and appreciated by more people. I'll add more soon...

btw: constructive critique more than welcome, as I have seen so many talents on here, that make me want to keep learning more :)
