My interest in photography started very young with my Dad's old Olympus Trip 35mm film camera and eventually his Canon EOS 30.
I've owned more cameras than is healthy.
More recently, I started to take a more serious interest, buying into digital SLRs with Nikon equipment. Like many, I started taking photos of inanimate objects and moved onto landscapes. I still like good landscapes, but I always knew I wanted to photograph people but simply lacked the confidence to ask or act as I knew what I was doing.
Nowadays, I find myself shooting portraits for children and families and more editorial shooting. I still like abstract landscapes, cityscapes and oddities and occasionally post shots from my Instagram feed here.
I once made it on to the Explore Pages of flickr for the first (and so far only) time with this photo (although I think it sucks now):
I'd love more people to see and like what I do, but i'm not a measurebator (a favourite phrase borrowed from one of my favourite photographers Zack Arias), so don't go searching for ''faves' and comments.
