I am a retired fan engineer.

Photography is my passion, I love it.

My interest is in detail and colour and with little help from Photoshop.

I shoot in Raw format and only tweek the light ,contrast and colour.

I almost always fill the viewfinder with the subject which usually is a single flower.

My current camera is a Canon EOS R5.mk2

I like the extreme detail and colour that this camera is capable of capturing.

The lenses I most use are:

RF 100mm f2.8 IS USM macro.

RF100-500 f4.5-7.1.L.is USM.

RF24-70 f2.8. L. Is. USM.

RF15-35 f2.8L L. IS. USM

RF 35mm f1.8 IS Macro STM

I really enjoy taking images of very small flowers, usually the wild variety.

Getting into the fine detail of them is a challenge.

I use my tripod whenever possible but the R5,mk2 is allowing me the ability to hand hold more often.
