Retired, 60+, really enjoy photography and traveling. Much of my professional life was in technical writing, commercial photography, and publications. Raised as an oil-field brat at Alta Mesa Standard (Chevron) Oil camp in Brooks County, Texas. Later years as draftsman, illustrator, writer, and manager for Office Services and Public Information.

Take photos of things that move, and things that stand still -- in other words, anything that catches my attention! Some uploads are quite lengthy, lots of scenes of a particular event or group of people. These are mostly for friends and family at the events or places. Sometimes the particular group is broken into several uploads because of size, and editing time. Skip what ain't interesting, check out the others.

Hope to give anyone looking at these shots a smile, something to provoke thought, to increase faith in a G_d. Photos of religious persons, places, or services are not intended in any way to pick out one faith. "Be true to God, be true to your country, and be true to yourself. Everthing else will take care of itself."
