3. if I add you as a contact it probably means that I find your work interesting. Again, you needn't reciprocate.

4. I am a hobbyist, a duffer, a weekend warrior. I have no illusions otherwise.

5. If you choose to comment on one of my photos, believe it or not, I would much rather hear what I am doing wrong than what I am doing right. Neither of us shall profit from blowing smoke up my bum. I may get defensive now and again, but I'm not trying to reinvent the wheel here.

7. My wife almost never looks at my photostream. This is pretty much my catharsis, (she's a gym-rat and a marathon runner)

8. Flickr is my gallery, my muse and occasionally my studio (picnik has the best straightener) if you don't see my stuff here, you won't see it anywhere.
