Hey, I'm Gavin. I'm this sort of really liberal-type person, with a dark and silly sense of humour. You're bound to see that in my photos. You'll probably see a good touch of nihilism and silliness in the titles too. I'm kind of obsessive-compulsive in my own kind of way. I like taking pictures. I like listening to music. I like doing silly voices and imitations, and acting things out. I just don't do it in a big crowd.

You won't find a lot of pictures of myself or people on here. I have nothing against either, but my best work often comes from non-standard viewpoints and perspectives. I think a lot of uniqueness comes out of lighting and focus. I'm a very visual person, and I tend to "see things in things", and I take photos that hopefully show you that. I don't spend a lot of time setting-up shots. My photos are generally done very quickly, with minimal equipment. My photos also tend to be "Five second shots", meaning photos that are eyed, set, and taken within 5 seconds. The compulsive side of me then takes many more shots of the same or similar thing, then I edit myself down later. Or something like that.. That's me anyway. I don't think I'm particularly special, just different maybe.
