Photo Usage Requesters - Please Read:

To ask me for usage of my photos for your website/publication/band for free is insulting. This is my livelihood.

I currently make a living in part from my photography, and have otherwise been unemployed at no fault of my own since 2008.

So your usage of my photos would require a signed agreement as well as payment for their use.

I'd need to know exactly which of my photos you want to use, and exactly what sites/publications/release they would be used in, in order for me to come up with a price quote and appropriate paperwork for you.

I've had far too many problems far too often with people stealing my photos and reposting them without asking. The most common flaw all photography copyright infringers share is the lack of common courtesy. This is partly because of how easy it is in the digital age to steal and repost. It should be just as easy to send an email and ask for use of the photo. So if you'd like to use one of my photos email me and we can discuss the details. If I find you using my hard work without first asking I will likely take legal action against you. You have been warned. Thank you.
