I'm Dutch, lived in Italy for almost 20 yrs, and photography-addict, from when my first digital fotocamera happened to find itself in my hands: a HP 735, borrowed from a friend.

I was hooked immediately! Before this I'd only done the usual holiday snapshots with cheap simple film cameras...

After I gave back the borrowed camera though, I bought myself a HP 945! Had a lot of fun with that, but longed for better, so last July I treated myself to a Canon 350D (Rebel XT for you guys in the USA). A VERY big improvement!

Since then moved on to 500D and 100D. Maybe in the near future this will change again...

Anyway, like to photograph nature, animals, skies, seas, everything, as long as it's beautiful, or it "speaks" to me...

Have been dying to do a little people photographing, but can't seem to find the right occasion....
