I try not to use any post shot manipulation of the image. Some contract or brightness perhaps, but very little else. No fancy filters or effects. Very few have been cropped, but I will sometimes straighten the image (I do use more than one camera & they shoot at different aspect ratios, hence the different proportions of images).
