Photography is one of my many hobbies and I'm a member of Flickr since February 2007
I have worked with film cameras in the past.
Voightlander - Yashica - Canon and Olympus
Leaving analog photography I experimened in digital photography with a compact Kodak first, then with a compact Panasonic TZ3 with an excellent Leica lens.
My first DSLR was the Olympus E-510 with 14-42mm & 40-150mm lenses
Now I own the excellent NIKON D300s camera,
with 16-85mm & 70-300mm lenses

I came across Garo's photostream a while back now and joined his 1000+ Best Places on Earth Group. It was inspiring....so many fabulous photographs in there. It really gave me the impetus and confidence to start posting my shots on flickr and growing my photostream. Garo's photostream is like a chronicle of colour and observation. Some of his photographs are amazing. It's a documentary of everyday life and travel. It's a bit like being a people and place watcher when you browse his photos and they all have the WOW factor. I have got so much inspiration from seeing his photostream that I would thoroughly recommend adding him to your list of contacts.
