I am an Executive Coach meaning I am a person paid to tell the truth to senior executives in large companies about themselves, their behavior, their impact on other people, and ultimately their impact on business. I hold a mirror up to people who have reached a level of authority and positional power that most of what they hear is bullshit either twisted truth or fabricated stories. I love my job. Other than my professional life I am a married "senior citizen" who with my husband and two spoiled shorkies lives in Austin, Texas.
