It commences the business with effect from 10th June 2003 dealing with the promotion and trading of novelties and souvenir and related items and services thereto.

From the rear via Melawati Township is a matured township of about 453 hectares (1,200 acres) is located in the north-eastern quadrant of Kuala Lumpur.
