I grew up in Seattle and have lived all over the west coast since college. I never picked up a camera when I was younger but I purchased my first DSLR around 2007. I decided after a trip to Italy that I could't pass up the opportunity to create a photograph of the beautiful places I have visited and it has been a non stop adventure ever since. My learning has come from reading a lot of magazines and observing many, many images. Photography is great because you can never stop learning or trying to create something new people have not yet seen.
