My concentration is based on repurposing multiples of found, yet unassuming, materials into installations. I love the idea of giving simple objects a new role or definition through deconstruction and material manipulation. I don’t want to ignore the everyday things in life, but rather, transform them into works of art. I’ve enjoyed problem solving through the materials, I work this way because my art isn’t just about the time and outcome, it’s about the process getting to the finished piece.
