Robert Scifo was born in Jersey City, New Jersey in 1961. Since the day he was born some family members say he had a creative streak a mile long. He was always drawing or coloring on anything he could get his hands on. In school he was always involved in the arts. If you wanted to find him just go to the art room! When he turned twelve his uncle Adolph bought him a Browning Hawkeye the rest is a complete history. He would take it everywhere. He was always taking pictures of the people around him. When asked one day why the people at his young age he answered they are very interesting and the expressions on their faces tell their stories.

Urban environments .Although my images span many aspects of urban photography any public arena can become my canvas along with my personal life. I am always interested in expanding my images, color and the complexity that transcends the documentary specifics of the moment. In hopes of evoking the stories in the minds of my viewers.
