Fuzzy Muffins was created by Emily Schwarting in the summer of 2008.

Emily is currently a student at the University of North Texas, where she is studying graphic design. When she isn't working or locked up in a university art studio or computer lab, Emily can be found in her teeny apartment, crafting to her heart's content.

Besides making adorable plushies, Emily loves going on bike rides, baking chocolate chip cookies, and documenting her days through photography.

The meaning behind the name Fuzzy Muffins? Well, quite simply, Emily just liked the sound of it. It captures the lightheartedness of this shop, along with being pretty gosh darn catchy.
