Hi, I'm a middle aged fifty something photographer who has worked through various film camera's and formats Since starting out at the age of 12. Now starting to appreciate the benefits of digital photography as a "propper medium!"

Having spend many years ignoring it on the basis that I knew how to get the results with film I wanted. I am now shooting almost 90% RAW digital on Nikon FX sensors. The remainder is Black and White Negative film on my Nikon F5 and FM2n.

Last year saw the sad disposal of all my Large Format Equipment purely due to the cost of E6 4x5 film sheets and processing.

I still have the ability to scan 4x5 into high Rez 240mp digital images so if you need help with this please send me an email.

I love the film process but digital allows me so much more creativity.

My main interests are macro photography and entomology, with any spare time going on landscape work.

I use macro lens, reversing lens and Microscopes. microscope work often results in image stacks of 40 plus shots.

I discovered “Affinity Photo” software in 2019 and have since ditched Photoshop as I feel very strongly about monthly subscriptions if your not using a product for some months at a time!

I have recently discovered the weight benefits of using Micro Four Thirds for macro work and am currently experimenting with an Olympus OM D EM10 mkii, utilising my existing Nikon lens' with a Nikon to Olympus 4/3 adapter.

Please feel free to contact me or ask questions.

Kindest regards, Graham.
