Nikon D780 with 24-120 f4. Also still have my trusty old Nikon D80 (thinking about IRing it..., Nikkor 50mm Prime f1.4, Sigma 10-20 & Sigma 28-300 (for the D80), a Panasonic Lumix TZ8, a tripod, a couple of filters and a very understanding missus. Struggling with slow internet...

Previously owned Zenit TTL, Minolta XG-1, Minolta X300 (x2), Nikon F65 and an iFern 3GS. Used to develop and print my own B&W. Prefer digital.

Big fan of PhotoShop and make no excuses for turning an original image on it's head or inside-out to give me the result I want. Not a fan of those who use it but pretend they don't.

Neither am I a fan of Explore chasers or "Post 1 Comment 5" groups. Please don't invite me into those groups, especially using my images that get picked up by Explore. Do people only want to be associated with single, popular images? So it would seem. Explore is NOT an award people.

Invited and refused to join Getty. They only pay 20% which is disgraceful. I use professional photographers in my job and know their worth. Offering amateurs the 'kudos' of being a 'Getty Artist' is just a way of getting cheap photographs. In my opinion, it de-values the whole industry.

Some of the talent on Flickr is astonishing. If only they would stop cocking about with the site and create features and functionality that is specific to photographers and their needs.

FYI, no public photos means I will block you. Sorry but I'm the suspicious type. It should also go without saying that all images are protected by copyright. Just because they are published on the web does not mean "public domain" and are NOT free to use as you please.
