I currently reside in FL.but was born and bred in NYC and return several times a year to the mentor of my art.

I've been bending light with a lens as an avocation for about 35 years. For most of that time I shot B & W exclusively because of its purity and heightened sense of drama. Seven years ago I took the plunge into digital. I now shoot everything in color of course and enjoy much of my enlarged palette. I do,however,convert many of my images to B &W.

I consider myself a fine art/street photographer concentrating on urban landscapes,objects,architecture and far shots of people. My strength is in composition.My weakness is in post production.I seldom use other than quick fix in elements.

I love photography because it allows me to express my personal interpretation of reality. It is my creativity,it is my art.

My mantra is--When I walk down a street I see everything and therefore nothing.When I photograph down the street I see unique pieces and therefore everything. Ken Tyson
