Hello. I'm a passionate baker who is also a Mom and wife. I got bored in my old role as a corporate buyer in both the on- & off-line retail world. So I packed up my bags and put away my suits. Now I'm happily raising two gorgeous children, a boy and a girl (who both love frosting). I'm freelance dessert catering in Southern California and slowly developing a baking business concept that will hopefully someday become a storefront.

I grew up and got my chops as a baker while licking the spoons of my great-grandmother's, grandmother's, and mother's batters. I still use their boiled icing and carrot cake recipes. I collect baking cookbooks, especially ones with beautiful photography.
