My interest in taking photographs began with the
admiration I have for the photographs my Father
took through out his life; the images he capture in his
time and adventures while working for the National
Geographic and the National Park Service, show his
love for nature and while watching his slide shows for
hours at a time, I fell in love with the beauty which is
the natural world.
I began to take photographs in 2001, on my trip to
Costa Rica, using nothing but a 1.0 pixel digital
Camcorder camera and a cheap 35mm. I really
enjoyed the results and later on invested on a
slightly better camera, and I have been upgrading
my equipment since. I first got my introduction of
photographing human subjects when I began
modeling in 2004 with the help of my friend Anna who
set -up my first shoot. This introduction to the world of
nude photography and figure studies made me realize
how wonderful the human body can be in its pure and
most vulnerable form. After several years in
Europe, I am now back in the US, trying to adjust
to my new environment and culture. I love to
travel, and hope too see the entire world before I
move on to a new existence.
