Old Man with a Camera

Retired, 70 year old, Florida Cracker that still respects the great outdoors.

Born in Kissimmee, Fla. and lived in Central Florida most of my life. I now live in Polk County. We are blessed with one of the best Nature Preserves, Circle B Bar Reserve.

Most of my Nature Photography takes place in and around Central Florida and Polk County.

My Photographic Background started in 1960 when I worked in a Photo Studio after School. I continued for the next 10 years or so to work various Photo related jobs in the area.

Cypress Gardens photo lab, Studio M, Mcdonald Studio, as well as Wedding, Insurance and Sports Photography filled my time, but not my bank account.

My last 30 years were devoted to Raising a family while working in a sales position.

Retirement rekindled the intrest in photography.

With closets full of film cameras and lenses I started the move

to Digital. A slow progression to amass the equipment to feed my intrest.

That intrest is Nature Photos. Some good, Some Record shots, others just because I like them.
