Richard Stern is really one of the best photographers I have ever worked with. He is just incredibly talented, especially in making the subject feel at ease. I have worked with so many headshot photographers who have been established for many years and have never displayed the kind of people skills Richard has. Crucial to his process is allowing you to see the shots on screen as you go along, this really allows you to feel part of the creative process and also enables any disasters (with hair or make up) to be averted immediately. It also allows you to see what works and what doesn't. I can say (hand on heart) that this is the first time I have ever liked photos of myself. I have also noticed a significant increase in the number of auditions I have been getting as a result. THANK YOU RICHARD.
