I'm a hobbyist photographer, nothing fancy. I post my photos on flickr as a creative expression of myself and to get some feedback on how to improve my shots.

My process usually involves some post processing. I'm not shy of yanking the contrast, doing some local burning to e.g. make clouds look heavier and to give the saturation a boost up or take it down a bit. I'm not in the game to make realistic photo's only; I'm not a journalist. I want to make pretty looking shots that convey a certain emotion.
