Free Style Arts Association (also know as the Freestyle Family) is the name of a core group of artists that create and enact participatory public sculptures on the sidewalks, in the parks, and in the museums of New York City and beyond. The group is led by John Cloud Kaiser and Greg VandeHey. They have frequent team-ups with Kyle Dries, Amy Schiappa, Leviticus, Brooke Baxter, Adam Pettis, Aaron Redlin, Marc Seiltz and many others. They have been active for more than 15 years in NYC and have had work in many NYC museums including coverage in the New York Times, Artnet and more. They work to make the experience with art a dialogue for the viewer.
