I am someone who appreciates nature. I love being outdoors, especially where there are hills, woods, lochs, rivers etc ...basically anywhere that has beautiful scenery, clean air, is peacefull and has wildlife. I don't do well in noisy places, built up areas, in crowds of people etc etc.

I have rescued and fostered quite a few dogs over the years, mainly ex-racing Greyhounds but went on to rescue a few Lurchers and now have Salukis. I have also had many Ferrets, but have 5 Ferrets at present!

I adore my dogs and enjoy having them in my life. I appreciate more of what's around me because of them and love every minute I spend with them!!!

My camera is joined to my hip as I take it everywhere with me! I enjoy taking photos of anything I like the look of or that looks interesting. I especially love taking photos of animals, mainly of my dogs and other peoples' pets! I have had some of my photos published in the "Greyhound Lover's Address Book" which can be bought from Jan's Greyhound and Lurcher Gifts and quite a few front covers on the NGRC calendars. I have won Dog Photography Competitions such as Winning Portrait in The Kennel Club's Dog Photographer of the year etc.
