I'm still an amateur, but I'm improving every day.

If I'm not a pro, that is OK... Just remember that amateurs built the ARK and professionals built the Titanic. :)

 

My love for photography started when I was a kid playing with my parent's Kodak point and shoots and 8mm movie film camera. I then took several photography classes in high school working with film and darkroom processing.

 

After my sojourn in different careers and photography hiatus, I decided to go after things in life that I'm passionate about. I jumped back into photography by taking an intermediate digital photography course at Olympic College.

 

The college course led us to Flickr and I've been so pleased to meet such wonderful and helpful people on this site. I really encourage you to leave positive and negative feedback on my photos. Any constructive criticism and tips for improvement are appreciated.

 

Some of my photos were taken with a Sony SC-H9 that I recently sold.

 

I currently use: Sony a350, Tamron lenses 28-70mm and 75-300mm and a Sigma 50-500mm.

 

Editing software i currently use is Aperture 2, Photomatix Pro, Braketeer, and Hydra.
