Web developer and part-time amateur photography. I'm trying to learn all aspects of photography a little bit at a time.

If I need a specific lense to practice on I rent from either (depending on price):

www.borrowlenses.com/

The hardest part about photography for me is making time to photograph and not be lazy about it. Getting up late and missing the morning light is the hardest thing for me to avoid.

It seems I travel over an hour or more to take photos when I am sure there are closer places to go to.

I have learned that you don't have to buy professional equipment to get very good results. Of course it helps, but the skill of the photography is more important.

Tamron and Tokina vendors are usually my first choice when looking for new lenses.

There are so many aspects of photography to learn and improve, I hope it can be a lifelong hobby for me.

Hope you enjoy.
